Review: Dog Grooming Service 2 weeks ago Grooming of our 8 year old Shiranian (Shih Tzu-Pomeranian), our long term groomer went out of business and were looking for some one new. Horrible experience resulted in multiple trips to the vet to treat a lacerated left eye for our dog due to being nicked during grooming. Absolutely NO mention of an issue when we picked Gingy up, although he would not even open his eye. Pretty evident something occurred as he was not fully groomed around his face, one side was a full inch or more longer, as if they stopped cutting when his eye was nicked. This has turned into a very difficult issue to treat, he has nearly lost his eye and has cost us hundreds of dollars in vet bills. AVOID!!!!!
